Just Perfume and its partners endeavour to have most items dispatched within 48 hours after payment being received. You can follow the status of your order by logging in and visit your account and order details in our order system.
Payment for your order can be made using the secure credit card payment portal hosted by our trusted partner Paymate, or via a direct bank transfer from your bank account to Just Perfume's bank account. The account details for Just Perfume will be displayed during the check out process, and will be, on completion of the order, sent to you in an email in combination with your order details.
As we endeavour to keep the prices to an absolute minimum, we use economy shipping as the default shipping method at a cost of $9.95 per order. However we also provide the option for premium shipping, with on-line order tracking facilities provided by our trusted courier partners. Please note that delivery times can vary and, in combination with the occasional customs inspection, shipping can be slow. Please allow for economy shipping up to 5 weeks for our supplier partners to dispatch and send your order to the by you nominated address in New Zealand.
Orders dispatched using the premium shipping option will arrive, under most circumstances, within 3 weeks from the order date. The cost for premium shipping is $24.95 per order. Just Perfume will ship all orders over $200.00 using the premium shipping method at no additional cost.
Please note that in some cases the order can not be shipped using the premium shipping method. When this occurs, Just Perfume will refund you the difference between the paid premium and standard shipping methods.
All items are sent via our trusted partner post or courier services ensuring prompt and safe shipping right around New Zealand. Most items can be delivered to your home, work or to any other nominated address in New Zealand. However, please note that we can not deliver to a PO Box. In case you can't be at home during the day, you may want us to deliver your item to a neighbour or any other trusted address.
For products sourced from overseas suppliers, we will endeavour to assist and cover in cases where duty is charged. However we emphasize this is on a goodwill, not on an obligation basis. If you are charged customs then please collect the package, pay any fees due and then e-mail or post your receipt to us and we will reimburse you.
